The o.d.m. online shop is an official o.d.m. site.

Sales Conditions

o.d.m. online shop allows you to purchase products that will be delivered to you and your friends directly after your order has been validated. If you are a registered member, you can save your shopping bag and come back later to validate your order. If you have stored a product in your shopping basket and this product is no longer available at the time you are placing your order, you will be informed at that time.

Forms of payment

o.d.m. online shop accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and others credit cards supported by PayPal.

Credit Card Processing

Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed. Your card will be charged when the order is made and confirmed.

Taxes

All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. o.d.m. online shop is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.

Availability

The store guarantees the best availability of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that a product will not be out of stock at any given time. It is the policy of the online shop to make sure that we have the best availability of products on the site. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it will be shown as 'Sold out'. You will not be able to purchase these items as long as the stock has not been refilled. Please Note: We try to ensure that all products placed in your shopping cart, and further all those that are actually ordered, are in stock at the time of these actions. However, it might be possible that an item you have ordered is actually 'Sold out' due to an exception, and is not coming back 'In-stock' immediately. In this case, the order will be cancelled.

Cancellations
Since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations.

Damaged/Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective watch, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund at our discretion after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

Delivery 

An order normally takes around seven business days for processing, after which would be sent for courrier. Delivery time would depend upon the service provided by the courrier company.

Special Promotions

The o.d.m. online shop might have special promotions or discount. Please note that these items are on final sale. There are no returns or exchanges possible on reduced priced items. The reduced prices are only applicable for selected watches.
