How can I contact Customer Service for odm online?

Why can't I find a particular watch in a collection?
There is a chance that the watch is from a different collection or this watch is simply not available at the online shop.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations.

How can I check my order status?
You may check the status of your order - at any time - by visiting our online shop website and simply login and clicking on the order status. You can also send us your comments via 'contact us'.

Is the shopping process secured?
odm takes great care to ensure your credit card information is safe when placing an order online. When making a purchase at odm, you shop in a secure mode using SSL encryption -- the Internet standard for secure transactions. This ensures that your orders are encrypted when you transmit them to odm. If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders will take around seven working days for processing before sending to courier. Actual delivery times will vary based on your geographic location.

What does odm do with the information I provide?
odm collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experience. Your privacy is of the utmost concern to us. We understand that you entrust us with the security of your information. Although we may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes, we never sell online customer information to any outside company or third party.

I just received my watch and it's not working? Or I received the wrong watch, can you assist me?
You will need to put the invoice and watch back inside the original watch case and contact us to pick up the box.

I have an odm watch that is not working. Where can I send it for repair?
odm watches do come with a two-year warranty on the mechanism of the watch. If your watch falls under the two year warranty, please send it to our repair centers along with a copy of either your receipt or warranty.

I lost my instruction manual. What can I do?
